  4.    RAR archiver is shareware, this means:

  6.    1. All copyrights to RAR are exclusively owned by the author
  7.       - Eugene Roshal.

  9.    2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 40
  10.       days.  Following this test period of 40 days or less, if
  11.       you wish to continue to use RAR, you MUST register.

  13.    3. RAR may be freely distributed, provided the distribution

  15.       a fee for the distribution of RAR without written permission
